- we jokingly asked the receptionist whether the pools were working - we visited during florida's cold spell when it was around 5 degrees celsius -

than 1 portion of laundry powder would have been beneficial especially as there was no housekeeping service - stayed

requested late check in and late check out,,, both requests were approved

had a nice play ground and pool area was clean as well

i like about the property was that it had a spa, a little pool for the kids and the big pool for adults

hotel offers free parking and is within walking distance to many restaurants/places to eat

i don't have any complaints. i wish i had stayed there an extra night to enjoy the pool more.

pool and gym were open and we had a great time there

with 3 bedrooms and a nice spacious living room, a kitchen, and laundry room, my family enjoyed the four-night stay so much

the house keeping service rate is higher than expected wifi is weak at some rooms

it was 10 mins late and then proceeded to go to five other hotels before finally arriving at disney

they do honor late check out which is a plus

early check-in of 2 hrs or late check out of the same is an additional $34

staff was very friendly and accommodating to an extremely late check in
