accommodating for late check out

pool was not open. roof top open but not long enough.

far from things and everything was shut because of covid, said pool and rooftop restaurant and bar was open and wasn t

no cleaning supplies in the gym.

shuttle was late on the last pick up for the evening but eventually arrived

however, the breakfast was excellent

kids were running up n down the hallway laughing and playing at all times of the day

i was not going to let any of my kids sleep of even sit on the sofa

no accommodation for not having access to the gym, pool & breakfast.

central to airport and familiar with east point location/area. we were allowed late check out.

the breakfast crew was absolutely lovely and the breakfast was delightful

interaction was great, patient and accommodating at the front desk and the breakfast was attentive and efficient

it was close to airport and the cookies u get at check in,and i get late check out.

coffee bar in lobby was not working, advised to go to restaurant

pool and hot tub were closed, but not listed when booking

room service did not clean the room once during my 2day stay and when i needed any extras, i

asked for a late check out, due to a change in plans, was allowed to stay an extra three hours at no additional

only thing i like is that they don't charge for pet fee

check in is at 3pm and check out is noon,they extend late check out until 1:30pm which was great

look and feel of the lobby and bar/restaurant was modern and comfortable

the next morning we decided room service is the way to go so left the cars out for breakfast to arrive at 7-7

ordered room service and the basic pizza i ordered was not good - burnt in places, tough crust

when i check in late , (after 5pm) they give me late check out (1pm) omg that s such a life savor i need those (-) after asking for a late check out of 1pm; the maintenance man knocked on the door at 12 noon and as i was walking to (+) they allowed me a late check out with no additional cost as i had a later flight out

my kids were so sad 2

my neighbors had kids that were bumping the wall all day & playing at people's doors
