check in is at 3pm and check out is noon,they extend late check out until 1:30pm which was great

no room service quite difficult to get to from international arrivals.

the next morning we decided room service is the way to go so left the cars out for breakfast to arrive at 7-7

they were friendly, and they accommodated or early arrival and late check

coffee tea 24hrs and the kitchen is clean

and there’s a nice little bar with food right on the doorstep

i also loved the sitting area and incredibly well appointed kitchen

asked for a late check out, due to a change in plans, was allowed to stay an extra three hours at no additional

we paid for a late check out and housekeepers still came 4 times trying to get in our room

we had a late arrival that was prolonged by a long wait getting our rental car

there was a fitness room and there were free newspapers

kids were running up n down the hallway laughing and playing at all times of the day

but did not grapple because i had kids with me for my son's bday
