i had a very late check in and the staff was fully accommodating and even gave me a late check out

they gave us a late check out because we had been traveling a lot and needed to rest up

they also comped me an early check in

everything was exceptional pool area was fun and relaxing the room was amazing

decor of the public places, complimentary wine & cheese every day from 5-6 pm, dining area with breakfast (included) and, of course, the on site pets…lily & lucy and tango & tangerine

time here at the beach and i called down to the front desk and was given a complementary to our late check out time which was super super amazing

beach, wonderful guest services, amazing heated pool (82 degrees) and spa (104 degrees) (+) the pool and spa pool was also good (-)no welcome info, poor pool & spa management , reservations we re screwed up

front desk was very helpful and made getting my laundry done a breeze

prices were reasonable, at the restaurant, bar and the bar at the pool

parking paid 16 usd is on the otherside of the street and crossing with kids a very used street is not a good thing

but realized i should have a towel, and the front desk person said that the towels were by the pool and if they did not have any to simply return to get one

hotel shuttle was really convenient in that you can schedule rides within a file mile radius into town

to the beach was a little awkward, in that you had to go through the pool area, and that is locked at night

they were able to accommodate early check in on one of the rooms, and late check out on both

staff brilliant, hotel is spotless, breakfast amazing
