the outdoor bar was set up extremely nice with plenty of seating and even a fire pit

the kids enjoyed the pool , all the sand toys even some dogs as the location is pet friendly

i felt needy asking the front desk in the morning for late check out but she was great, friendly, and kind

time here at the beach and i called down to the front desk and was given a complementary to our late check out time which was super super amazing

beach, wonderful guest services, amazing heated pool (82 degrees) and spa (104 degrees) (+) the pool and spa pool was also good (-)no welcome info, poor pool & spa management , reservations we re screwed up

front desk was very helpful and made getting my laundry done a breeze

prices were reasonable, at the restaurant, bar and the bar at the pool

late check out

parking paid 16 usd is on the otherside of the street and crossing with kids a very used street is not a good thing

but realized i should have a towel, and the front desk person said that the towels were by the pool and if they did not have any to simply return to get one

hotel shuttle was really convenient in that you can schedule rides within a file mile radius into town

to the beach was a little awkward, in that you had to go through the pool area, and that is locked at night

there was a miscommunication at the end of our stay regarding a late check out and they made it right without hesitation

staff was very accommodating for us to have a late check out and to provide us with a few things we

the last day i asked for an hour late check out and they said they were all out of those
