layover and this hotel was clean, welcoming, near the airport (with a regularly operating shuttle), and everything i could have asked for given the price and circumstances

the new facilities, location, the restaurant and the late check out help from staff specially

only bad thing i have to say is there were kids above us that were running the halls and jumping on the beds very loudly

liked that i had to travel with my kids and we all felt safe

i had to complain numerous times and hotel staff had to come tell them to quiet down, stop kids from running up and down the halls

all night was a parade of kids and other loud conversations outside my door

pool was down for repairs which is why i rented there to start with

wanted to sit around the pool in the sun, not swim. no chairs though so we sat on the bench.

my sister and i could cook meals in a well stocked kitchen instead of needing to go to restaurants (we'd been traveling for awhile)

coffee offerings in room were great, they offered laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dishes

the kitchen pans and some cutlery were left dirty

was so nice, the shower was hot and the pressure was decent, everything was clean, having a whole kitchen was great

nice location, they were accommodating to my late check out, and need for bottle openers

is unappealing and lighting is harsh, unsupervised kids were running wild in gym, hallways and pool, female bartender was unwilling to provide menu;

we’re going to give my kids two plastic cups no lids to ride to the 18th and 21st floor

there was no free bottled water in the room, no refill of coffee when making up the room and the bar closed early unexpectedly one night

sadly i slept in too late for breakfast and never had time to get in the pool

didn t know there was a pool- otherwise we would have brought our suits

is an extended stay hotel with separate living and sleeping, kitchen and work areas
