accessible restroom and we were very pleased with the amount of space give us, i also needed a late check out and the staff was very accommodating

good variety of breakfast choices. very clean area. comfortable bed.

pet fee $150 is pretty high and out of our expectation when the others just charge $50.

the $150 pet fee that was not disclosed until i arrived. got a handicap room, not lush at all.

my kids were disappointed that there was no pool but we took advantage of the ymca

we needed more pillows and the staff had no key for housekeeping so one of our kids didn't have a pillow

the king room was not sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids

we asked for a late check out and they gave us an extra hour, free of charge

they allowed a late check out which helped our plans tremendously

i didn’t care for one of the front desk employees, we requested a late check out and she said “noon”

timeliness of the shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent

the staff was so nice and helpful and we definitely appreciated the shuttle service to the airport

i would have noted the advertisement or at the very least tell the guests about breakfast cancellation instead of assuming they're reading every little sign you have so they could

there is a nice little fitness room, 2 nice sets of stackable washers and dryers for guest use that are not expensive to
