flexibility with a late check out

all the staff was awesome, ladies on breakfast, alex on swimming pool area and counter guy was helpful for me, i asked for room beside the swimming pool and he do

very clean, very quiet and comfortable, exremely affordable, and breakfast was great.

convenient location, need a waffle iron for breakfast.

a triathlon and it was within walking distance to the site, they were kind to let us have a very late check out, and made sure we had breakfast before the race

beds were very comfortable the rooms were very clean the breakfast was super the kitchen staff was wonderful the little women who cleaned our room every day was so sweet and nice

the cleanliness , the fabulous breakfast, the beautiful outdoor spaces to relax in, the gym and the close proximity to stores, not to mention the large park right next door where i went

for the longer term stay, the kitchen was not as equipped as one would expect.

they also always try to accommodate our request if we ask for an early check in or late check out which is greatly appreciated

we requested a late check out due to my husband having a doctors appointment there in sarasota

clean facilities, modern design, lot of accommodations in the room, internet and room service, and overall, the amazing dutchman restaurant and shop, just that worth the trip to

staff is phenomenal and the breakfast choices are overwhelming and delicious

couldn't be more helpful; we decided to see if we could keep the apartment for the day and do a late check out ; ovidio was very accommodating and gave us a reasonable price to enjoy the use of

the decor, lots of bath & beach towels provided, beach chairs provided, nice private pool, full kitchen with coffee & coffeemaker , very comfortable bed with nice sheets

very close together, and it’s a bit difficult sometimes to find the right place (or the right pool;) loved the snack basket that even had a little sunscreen and aloe face wipes

kitchen supplied everything we needed to make and eat meals

the only thing we needed and couldn't find was a cloth dishrag or sponge for the kitchen to wipe down counters and the stove
