great room, late check out, good breakfast

big rooms breakfast was great pool is nice and also a whirlpool is there gym (a little small but has cardio devices and weights)

all the kids playing in the jacuzzi constantly. did not get to unwind and relax in it.

we were given an early check-in and a late check out at no additional cost

:) but we got a late check out

breakfast was great, kids enjoyed so much specially waffles they had amazing toppings

so light came through the sheer curtains, and our room was on the first floor facing the pool and parking lot, so the lights were on all night

close to the airport/rental car facility. airport shuttle very important.

the shower drain was clogged and the wifi wasn't working properly

we forgot and left a shirt in the hotel when we left, hotel room service and hotel manager said they didn't see anything

they also always try to accommodate our request if we ask for an early check in or late check out which is greatly appreciated

wifi is the worse, our signal always dropped and sometimes just did not work

the pool deck could use some shaded areas/umbrellas.

they have an ironing board and an iron which was helpful and there is also laundry service should you need one

liked the close location to the airport, the staff was very friendly, the free breakfast, and the kids enjoyed the clean pool

a triathlon and it was within walking distance to the site, they were kind to let us have a very late check out, and made sure we had breakfast before the race

beds were very comfortable the rooms were very clean the breakfast was super the kitchen staff was wonderful the little women who cleaned our room every day was so sweet and nice

queen bed suites with the sofa and kitchenette rooms are spacious

there was some areas in the bathroom, kitchen and the floor that i cleaned up

i was going to be particular, it might help to have instructions on how to get the tv in the gym to work

pool area needs to be sprayed for ants. i was actually bit on my head as i sat in hot tub.
