staff very rude, told me whatever when i was trying to speak to him regarding a late check out

mom journey home after his fight so we arrived just before 12 i was advised we couldn t have a late check out as they was fully booked arrived to room 175 and i felt like we was on a night club

i combined a business trip with bringing my young teen who was allowed a late check out whilst i was in a meeting at the hotel
