it was also great being able to get a late check out of 12 noon at no additional charge

bedrooms are spacious and tidy, kitchen is huge with large fridge freezer & we had two bathrooms - one each haha

kitchen could have been a bit better equipped

rooms were very clean and had all the bedding, towels and kitchen equipment you could desire

spotlessly clean, towels and bath robes a nice touch and also the lovely bathroom toiletries and kitchen pack

extremely welcoming and friendly staff, their on-site discount and late check out offer, just a nice touch

drinks were a little slow in the bar area, but i think the member of staff was new and training up

were comfortable & clean, great view from room, restaurant, bar lounge, friendly helpful staff, good sized bath

excellent evening meal and bar to socialize in afterwards

we also asked whether we would be able to have a late check out which the staff ensured that we received

the kids enjoy the jacuzzi bath was the perfect way to end the day

i combined a business trip with bringing my young teen who was allowed a late check out whilst i was in a meeting at the hotel

stayed two nights, we absolutely enjoyed the spa and gym facilities

hotel was brilliant with beautiful views of the golf course, all the facilities was exceptional

3 times over 3 hours to get an answer which was “there’s nothing we can do” offered a free late check out which we didn’t even use as the television didn’t work so why would we want to

someone came up to try fix and couldn’t fix it got offered late check out at 3pm

we arrived very late due to flying home from holiday and we were very tired

was told i could have a late check out then in the morning i got a rude call from manager to say i have to get out when i
