quiet, late check out and large room

we also asked for late check out but apparently hotel was full so we couldn’t get it which meant we had to change

check in, lots of free parking, accessible room, big breakfast with lots of options, late check out

was excellent just no coffee in the room, there was only tea, we just prefer coffee used ev charger we’ll lit car

stunning and quite large for our needs ( wedding prep ) it was no bother to allow us to have a late check out and all the staff waved us off as we left for the wedding

no mobile or wifi connection in the room and no internal phone made it impossible to contact anyone in an

place to retire for a moment and enjoy the magnificent golf course and the great indoors pool and steam

looked at the gym, well equipped for a hotel, and instructor very helpful, unfortunately we were only there one

allowed me a last minute late check out due to the weather

we were offered a late check out until 5pm by staff as we were providing training in the hotel until 4pm

from the window and excellent customer service throughout our stay gave us an early check in and late check out with no problems

the staff were so friendly and kind and went above and beyond to ensure we could have an early check in on arrival, to prepare for our day ahead

gym was great with a fab view and kept clean

check-in was easy, was able to have late check out

breakfast was very good indeed.

helpful for early check in and lift broke and we got stuck in there for about 20 minutes and had to climb out

and comfortable parking was fine and plenty of off straight parking the bistro bar and grill wasn’t open but ate at the bowland

about the property but our breakfast on first day wasn’t the best

the dinner menu is reduced from what it was, but to order for room service does not incur any extra charge

my devices didn t like the wifi for some reason,saw it as a risk which i couldn t overcome

secondly on our 3rd day of breakfast, some of the food like sausage was out of stock, my kids are picky with food, and that morning was a bit frustrating

had to travel 5hours to get here so was checking in late, the staff were super accommodating and the communication was brilliant

there were 5 of us for a hen party, and we went into the bar to meet the rest of the girls, we had food and the service was great from start to finish,

we were also given an early check in and a late check out
