originally allowed for late check out

that the pool and hot tub were closed. i get it but still. it was our kid free night.

i really appreciated the staff gave us early check in as we were exhausted from our travel

breakfast is in a lunch bag because of pandemic.

breakfast was bland- other comfort inns offer more breakfast

the dinner was great and when we had an emergency they let us have a late check out.

i stay here every time i'm in this area for work and gladly get a late check out

convenient location and the kids had a blast in the pool. food was really good.

was good overall just a few loud kids at 2 am running the halls and only one rude kitchen person but we got through it i've stayed

15pm a young gentleman went to the laundry room and said he could not help because he was not front desk

the front staff was busy inside the laundry area behind the front desk area and was pleasant when she helped me, but was very

outstanding breakfast

i asked for a late check out due to my car breaking down. and that was allowed

the hotel was great. so pretty. staff was great. breakfast included is wonderful!!!

one gentleman even went so far as to get us some juice for the kids from the bar after it was closed

location is great for my visits to my daughter and the desk clerk allowed us late check out so we could spend more time

luggage cart some them had bad wheels which there been outside pool to

room was above the pool filter or something else, so all i heard trying to go to sleep was a constant humming noise,

the breakfast was good and the server was on top of making sure the food was full and checking with you

lady at the front desk was nice and there was plenty of room for the kids in the queen suite
