accommodating with late check out

room was great with a beautiful view to the pool

the hotel gym didnt have towels. the a/c wasnt working right. it had the room too cold.

wifi did not work

wifi didn't work because new room was not registered to wifi pairing

and i stayed at the hampton inn discovery kingdom july 3rd, we were let check in early and given late check out and enjoyed a delicious breakfast

the guy the night we checked in let us have late check out til 1pm because we arrived around 1130pm

had a really wonderful stay, we were recieved by a very nice receptionist and my request for late check out was granted because we came in super late and my baby is still tired from the trip

there is a pool and gym, also washers to wash your clothes

the kids jumping in the pool splashing literally soaking ppl sitting around the pool

second of all i had my door knocked on numerous times to leave early when i clearly asked for a late check out they also was knocking on our door the night before bothering

and i was also able to use the gym

are very friendly, front desk nica was the one spoke with was very accomodating and nice with my kids

there was a kitchen with utensils already included.

the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was useful

was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12pm and a late check out so we could attend sunday service

the kitchen and pantry where amazing

great location and very quiet “help yourself” environment - breakfast was great

although we didn’t take advantage of the free continental breakfast in the morning, it was nice to know it was offered

saturday morning, there was a continental breakfast

late check out was awesome

“all you can eat” brazilian steak house less than 150 feet away, just beyond its own swimming pool, and across the free car park and there was also a free (inclusive) and generous continental

pool closes too early

breakfast was included and was more than adequate

nice staff, awesome room, good breakfast, great location

aswell so there is always someone there to assist you which was great as we checked in quite late in the evening

the rooms were kept immaculate, were very spacious yet cosy and the beds exceptionally comfortable

pool and spa are great also don giovanni restaurant at the end of the street is a must!

staff thinks it’s okay to try to come into guest rooms at 10am when they are scheduled for a late checkout is beyond me, as this happened to me on more than one stay at this hotel

i liked the easy check in process and i was allowed late check out.

breakfast- good

kitchen and stove, refrigerator and microwave plus pots and pans,cups, plates, bowls, silverware,

we were even allowed a late check out without having to haggle with the manager, she was very accommodating

parking is a little tight in a full-size truck.

breakfast included isn't what you would call a breakfast since it consists of coffee/tea and toast

maybe granola bars and bananas would be nice for breakfast.
