natasha was lovely and let me have a late check out at no additional cost, meaning i could relax and admire the most spectacular views

the staff were very friendly and accommodating allowing us all to check in earlier and have a late check out

had lost their wifi and you can imagine it takes them a few days to fix it

for ev drivers, the ev charger is only a three pin socket

to find, lots of parking outside and a separate door to let your dog out of the main door is locked

i appreciated the late check out which helped with specifics on my stay
