messaged to arrange early check in and had a quick response and they allowed us to check in before the wedding we were

bar lively, staff lovely have booked to stay

i am therfore turning this box into a positive until i have said enough to turn the bar gree

the room was a decent size and clean, the staff very welcoming and attentive, the bar downstairs serves excellent ale and the gardens have a lovely view of the canal

the bar was very nice and locals were friendly

the view from my room was lovely and it was very quiet away from the noise of the bar area

the trashcan at the kitchen was overflowing

is was not a well equipped kitchen, bit fir the price it was good enough and surpassed our expectations

staff, rooms spacious with excellent facilities, epecially pleased with kitchen area

it needs a touch up there is even a microwave at the reception area, breakfast was cold the kitchen could use some chairing dishes and a revamp

room very comfortable and lovely to have a kitchen

the apartment provided two bedrooms, shower / bathroom, a downstairs toilet, lounge and a small kitchen all for a

little house with 2 bedrooms, a living room and kitchen

highlight of each visit is meeting up with the really excellent sharon on reception, breakfast, kitchen and entertainment departments

as it was an apartment with kitchen facilities it would have been useful to have a can opener in the drawer

sarah at breakfast was a huge help and really looked after us

exceptionally good breakfast

quality of the room service food for the amount it cost

loads of parking and a nice little hotel gym

so the fact it the hotel was slightly out of view was perfect for us to park it overnight to split our long journey

kitchen is well-equipped too

kitchen well fitted, lovely lounge area with fire & tv, the beds were very comfy and we all had a

downstairs nice lounge, comfy sofas, fully equipped kitchen with dining table & downstairs toilet

coffee & tea sachets with the usual kettle, these days you expect expresso coffee machines in the kitchen

room we stopped in was next to extraction fans for the kitchen

the kitchen had all we needed from a dishwasher, fridge with freezer drawer kettle & microwave oven

the apartment was perfect for a family with a kitchen, fridge and two toilets

the children loved having their own bedroom and it was really handy to have a small kitchen to prepare a picnic for our outing to chester zoo

there were 2 bedrooms as well as a double sofa bed in the main lounge/kitchen area

the kitchen was lacking in some items.

only criticism is having a table and a mirror to do hair i had to pull the kitchen table to the plugs for

to the flamingo room so instead of the room & bathroom we also had a separate sitting room with kitchen facilities

the hotel had a beautiful aroma, and because they were suites with sofas , dining areas, and kitchens, if we didn’t feel like going out, we could just stay in and chill

lovely room with additional kitchenette and steam spa

they have kitchen facilities and a beautiful bathroom

but when paying for a late check out, its usually for extra sleep time

top floor room had slanted ceiling so only ideal for short kids not adults

the noise might be a problem if you have kids who go to bed a bit earlier

no noise from the bar below

the bar downstairs was quiet, cheap, and friendly

were greeted in the bar by a lovely friendly young man he took us to our room & showed us the breakfast room ( which we

generous size rooms and fully furnished with everything you could need especially in the kitchen

everything was fantastic! good sized rooms, big kitchen and comfortable sitting room!

a lamp would have been nice in the kitchen/living room as i had to bring one from the bedroom
