good staff and indoor pool & hot tub

hot tub closed, gym closed, outdated, not clean, staff were rude

only used a few items from the buffet, we were able to prepare our own breakfast in our suite, which was very spacious and

it was very clean and the rooms are so spacious. the breakfast was great and tasty

felt as though we were intruding when we attempted to use the disc golf

group of adult drinkers kids didn’t really get a chance to enjoy outside or the fire

all the toys and activities for the kids.

never experienced this place being over run by kids but unfortunately for us this was our most recent experience and reasoning for low score

the motels fault, but some guy parked his vehicle with a boat along the parking area taking up much needed parking for others

we had a complete kitchen if we wanted to do any cooking along with a full size refrigerator along with a

very clean room. convenient location and great pool.

when my son and i first got to the pool area there were 4 kids in the pool

the breakfast was amazing and had nice talk with other guests and staff easy parking

the pool is never crowded or busy the staff is kinda and caring and they never give me a hassle.

breakfast included the usual continental breakfast but with the added bonus of scrambled eggs and

they had laundry facilities which was good since we’d been on vacation a while

are opposite of what the knob says so obviously installed wrong and the faux drawer on the little kitchen counter was loose in one corner so it was hanging crooked

this was the case with all the facilities in our room-spa tub, bath, and 'kitchen' sink

the basics such as the bathroom fittings and kitchenette are dated and let the room down

(make sure to visit pearl's louisiana kitchen for awesome food

the lights under the kitchen cabinets were very hot and we noticed they were melted

loved that there were doors on the bedrooms, that they were separated from the kitchen/living room area, as my mother goes to sleep much much earlier than everyone else

kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, soap, pans, and linens

in keeping the area sanitized, if you have a cough, the kitchen is not the place for you, especially when people are eating & you're around food

the suite was well appointed and consisted of two huge rooms (bedroom and sitting room) with a kitchenette and large and very clean bathroom

the biggest shout out goes to the kitchen and breakfast team who did a spectacular job keeping all the breakfast food stocked and

kitchen was well enough equipped

7pm at night i was driving around traverse city in a snowstorm looking for a place for myself, 2 kids and 2 dogs to stay for the night

it had sufficient coffee in the room for us and extras for the kids like games in the lobby, horshoes outside, and a grill available if a person did not want to

wish they would’ve had a pool but then again i could’ve picked s motel with a pool for the kids
