the kitchen, view, relaxing!

wish they would’ve had a pool but then again i could’ve picked s motel with a pool for the kids

7pm at night i was driving around traverse city in a snowstorm looking for a place for myself, 2 kids and 2 dogs to stay for the night

it had sufficient coffee in the room for us and extras for the kids like games in the lobby, horshoes outside, and a grill available if a person did not want to

loved the 2 separate bedrooms for privacy and the kitchenette even though we didn t use it.

in keeping the area sanitized, if you have a cough, the kitchen is not the place for you, especially when people are eating & you're around food

the suite was well appointed and consisted of two huge rooms (bedroom and sitting room) with a kitchenette and large and very clean bathroom

the beds were comfortable, and the kitchenette was stocked with a variety of tazo tea, cream, sugar, honey, coffee and a coffee pot,

the biggest shout out goes to the kitchen and breakfast team who did a spectacular job keeping all the breakfast food stocked and

found ants in the kitchen and bugs in the area could be overwhelming

(make sure to visit pearl's louisiana kitchen for awesome food

small kitchen space was great for keeping drinks cold and microwave came in handy to heat leftovers

kitchenette is a small sink, dorm fridge, and microwave oven

the lights under the kitchen cabinets were very hot and we noticed they were melted

the laundry space (out in the open) sits between 2 guest rooms

the room was amazing, with 2 complete bathrooms and a huge living/sleeping area, full kitchen, and small pantry area

the kitchen needed the knives sharpened,

there was one larger wastebasket under the sink in the kitchenette area and a small one next to the toilet

have preferred they had a kitchen for room service

we were there i went to bring breakfast to my husband whom was in room asked for a tray rude kitchen person said she didnt k

horrible otherwise breakfast was good

there were cookies at check in and the breakfast was decent

no complaints. clean pool and hot tub were fantastic too

jets for the whirlpool in the room did not work

my husband asked the front desk for a late check out so that he could stay at the room & let her rest in bed while i shopped with my son

negative i can think of is the front non waterfront view rooms-the parking lot lights are very bright at night and even with curtain closed it seemed like daytime

room service food was great and reasonably priced

me and my daughter stayed the night there, and my sister and her son came up for a visit and the kids sat in the hot tub and watched avatar the last air bender

we had a complete kitchen if we wanted to do any cooking along with a full size refrigerator along with a

hair and cigarette smoke, nasty - not fresh at all - i have a feeling the staff smokes near the laundry, and these should have been laundered before put into use again, they did not have that

hot tub and pool are nice!

this property had an outside pool, which if i’d been staying longer i would definitely have used

the free breakfast was fresh and tasty

we had a very early flight out so we diid not use any of the amenities (pool, breakfast) only about 7 hrs worth of sleep but the bed was wonderful

less carbs for breakfast, more healthy !

towels and reused one from the day before what is fine i guess some places do that now saves on laundry

our 16th floor bar tender, incredibly friendly and helpful

room, bed and large foyer was great. very close to the casino.

clean, fun, and shuttle to the casino. good restaurants on site

you can try to stay here for swimming, golf and rest with family.

loved the variety of shops, restaurants and spa options. room was very clean and comfortable.

airport shuttle did not start until 5 am and stopped at other hotels as well

only used a few items from the buffet, we were able to prepare our own breakfast in our suite, which was very spacious and

my friend and i especially enjoyed the heated outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, whirlpool, and the restaurant, the artisan

outside pool had a sign that said that no kids were allowed after 5 pm, which was a great selling point for my wife and i

close to downtown and the hotel offers a free shuttle if you rather not drive there and pay for parking

which was nice to be able to enjoy the pool and hot tub with out kids screaming

breakfast was great and so was the spa area. staff were very friendly and helpful.

pet fee was 60% of the room stay itself.

value was great but with the $40 pet fee for two pets almost cost the total price of the room itself

$25/night pet fee was excessive, given that the room was $50/night
