horrible didn’t work the phone from the room didn’t work at all not enough towels at the pool

laundry is out of order

they had a place to do my laundry.

plus they charged me for pet fees

2 beds, a pool, vending machines and coin op washer/dryer

there is a spa with reasonably priced therapeutic massage

spa facilities are very good and economical

let them know they will take care of it for you everything s in walking distance tj fitness the gym i go to right around the corner same for the clubs

location was next to the staff laundry,the water pipes made alot of noise at night could barely sleep

convenient location, gym on site, some staff is friendly. can purchase toiletries at any time.

entrance could have been better, you have to go in through the bar and ask to get let in through the gate to get to your room

place is a bar with some rooms, i was trying to sleep but i couldn’t till music was turn off other than that

cereus bar and nativo coffee are part of this complex

they have a lit bar downstairs you can meet interesting people there, but if you like to take a nap daylight bring

wifi is deceptive as there is actually no wifi in the rooms

i was given a list of 4 or 5 wifi networks for the hotel - none of them populated on any of my devices

away from dt noise. good gym, better quality, maintained machines.

booking the hotel, i was under the impression it would include living room and kitchen, but it did not

also the room service was super bad: the forgot requested items and brought them with in half hr apart from

everything the prices the room service

the water would be shut off at 9am until 7am, our phone cord was cut off so we couldn t call room service etc

the kitchen staff is friendly too and very helpful

the front staff and kitchen staff were very friendly

looks like in the kitchen are continuously short staff

with parking inside, it felt very safe

day and night there is a very audible chirping sound likely generated by the parking area solar panel equipment

room was nice with with full kitchen

the room had a full kitchen, which was very convenient

the rooms and kitchen were well-stocked with everything i needed; and then some

we had full kitchen facilities so that was very nice

kitchen only had 1 wine glass and pans lids didn’t match the size and needed more than 1 dish
