kitchen only had 1 wine glass and pans lids didn’t match the size and needed more than 1 dish

this hotel, we got the garden view room, it was great and had a kitchen

everything clean and plus on the accommodations in kitchen and bathroom and especially bedroom.

the rooms and kitchen were well-stocked with everything i needed; and then some

we stayed in one of the accomodations with kitchen & that worked out well, too

pools to small, to many people in water park area. to close to each other sun beds.

the option for food was limited, specifically for kids.

the water park had like 25 life vests which was a joke considering how big the hotel was

everything. kids enjoyed the pools

thou there is a common kitchen to use, there is no refrigerator, only drawback

access to the kitchen for complementary food

breakfast was great!! hard working kitchen staff.

there were free snacks in the kitchen (cookies, apples)

mini fridge would have been nice but there was free tea and coffee with cookies and fruit in the kitchen

easy access to highway. good air conditioner. movies at the pool on saturdays.

the breakfast spot was great and the guest discount was a plus

wifi didn't work in the original room so we had to pack and change our room

only thing i did not like was there was no breakfast or coffee and no access to a microwave either

i liked the staff, mini kitchen, free breakfast and location.

love having a kitchenette, could do without roaches

i didn't need the breakfast or pool

when i inquired if it was possible to check in early i was told it would be an extra $25 for early check in

the staff is very friendly. it s in a great location. plus the jacuzzi and the pool is great

i was given a list of 4 or 5 wifi networks for the hotel - none of them populated on any of my devices

wifi is deceptive as there is actually no wifi in the rooms

they have a lit bar downstairs you can meet interesting people there, but if you like to take a nap daylight bring

place is a bar with some rooms, i was trying to sleep but i couldn’t till music was turn off other than that

entrance could have been better, you have to go in through the bar and ask to get let in through the gate to get to your room

cereus bar and nativo coffee are part of this complex

i saw them in the bathroom, small so called kitchen area and around kitchen area

the comfort of the room. the kitchen is suburb. the refrigerator was huge!

the kitchenette is just right, they really are very accommodating

our room had a full-sized fridge and a full kitchen minus a stove, which wasn't needed but was nice to have
