great location. beautiful room with comfortable bed. lovely breakfast room.

more variety for breakfast

the breakfast place was about a 10 minute walk and the food was really good

staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, the room was well decorated, spacious and very comfortable

the bar seamed to close earlier than expected and it was pretty busy.

shuttle to island ferry was convenient

convenience, on the water, free breakfast and choice of a restaurant

staff especially breakfast area and of course reception desk very accommodating , convenient going to mckinnac

they also provided cheaper tickets for the ferry and a shuttle bus picked us up from hotel to the ferry

pool could have been a little warmer

then 5 minutes from the ferry and they had discounted tickets and a shuttle

on site purchase of ferry tickets and shuttle to the ferry.

pool wasn't clean it had alot of bugs in it

the pool was pretty awesome, but we discovered that it fills up with kids really fast

summerhouse room that we stayed was well done; however i did not like using the bar sink to brush my teeth and wash hands

indoor pool was heated which made for another fun activity for the kids

the pool was so warm we couldn't use it because it didn't feel good to us

dirty laundry hampers all over the hallways, staff was not friendly.

staff is very polite, the only issue i had was there was a little bit too much chlorine in the pool, but we had a lot of fun

pool was not pumping..hottub not on

of the summer vacation season so they were finishing a few repairs to the hot tub and getting the pool warmed up

very nice pool and jaccuzz. on the waterfront. very nice location.

the pool and spa were nice and the breakfast that is served at the hotel next door was good

i actually did not know there would be an indoor pool and hot tub and i was pleasantly surprised

are no kitchen items to use, not even a coffee pot, so be aware

loved having a couch and small kitchen cubby with fridge, microwave and coffee maker

would have been nice to have a few kitchen items, like a small pot and pan to use on the little cooktop, as well as some basic

had expected a bit more of a kitchen (i probably misread the description) so we were disappointed that we couldn't boil water

the room had a fully stocked kitchen, uh oh except tea bags, including table with chairs

a full kitchen and laundry in the condo made the trip more comfortable

a mini kitchen was there with a small fridge , microwave and cooktop

great kitchen to cook in. the outdoor large hot tub was amazing. staff was friendly.

they are still out dated, especially the kitchen, but beds are comfortable

could use more coffee and cream in the room kitchen!?
