i loved the pool and it was actually warm and not freezing like most hotel pools

a little rough around the edges but for a grandpa and 3 kids it was good

missed having the breakfast.

i understand the no breakfast but no coffee

ac was not working, small room for a suit / spa room small refrigerate

there was hair and clumps of hair in the big pool

the pool was so warm we couldn't use it because it didn't feel good to us

kids enjoyed the water park once, then it was closed down, but we weren’t told why

spa tub jets didn’t work in our cabin

spa didn't work when we got there, cobwebs in all 4 corners, front door would get caught on the

water park was great , had 3 grandkids and they loved it

there was mold in my original room and the laundry room didn’t work

were so great and kind, rooms were as expected, beds are comfortable and the kids loved the water park, game room and exercise facilities

the breakfast room, gym and other areas were closed so we didn't get to enjoy these amenities.

has no hotel store… no change at the desk, cleanliness is only poor… no soap for laundry facility… huge breakfast area but no breakfast… all hotel store materials in bags and

to be in the middle of renovating the pool not open ice machine didn’t work it was a bit

super clean, newly renovated, lots of extra thought put into small kitchenette and simple nautical decor

very uncomfortable chairs and bed, insufficient lighting..especially in kitchen area

we went to the bar for a drink and the bartender, chris was very nice and knowledgeable

restaurant was clean, delicious breakfast buffet, staff great

the pool was open 24 hrs. breakfast was included and the staff were all very friendly.

discount mackinac island ferry tickets and free shuttle over to it

appreciated the free and efficient shuttle to the ferry as well as the casino

staff- great coffee- tried to get you tiny breakfast with a grab and go- beautiful

i stayed there two weeks ago and suggested they ad something to their grab and go breakfast and they did that as well

the shuttle ride was convenient and the drivers were pleasant and informative
