staff were super helpful and room was clean, well equipped with mini kitchen and a very comfy bed

kitchen area well equipped, great location for the centre of town and situated in a nice leafy part

the kitchen was really well set up and i appreciate the fresh milk in the fridge and basket of snacks

large apartment overlooking the gardens good quality bedding and towels kitchen area and crockery

hand soap in bathroom and kitchen sponge was old and dirty

spacious and clean. loved having a kitchenette and sofa.

the bed huge and we even had a separate kitchen which was immaculate

everything! especially the breakfast and small kitchen facilities.

comfortable bed, clean room, plush furniture in the bar and the best scrambled eggs i've had in ages

but were given a spacious apartment with a large lounge, bedroom and bathroom and a decent size kitchen

the kitchen was great so we could save money and cook both nights

we chose a studio apartment, which was a lovely big room with a kitchen and en-suite, with a super king size bed which was very comfortable and two nice comfy

the apartment was very roomy and the ensuite a nice bonus, the kitchen had essentials such as dishwasher, washer/dryer, full size fridge freezer and microwave

accommodation was extremely clean, with an excellent walk in shower and good kitchen utensils

we loved having use of the pool & sauna

although the food and room service was exceptional; would definitely recommend it

gym facilities very good pool was rather hot.

also very handy for working from as it has good wifi and desks in the room as well as quieter areas downstairs

stayed for three weeks and had a great experience, mainly thanks to the amazing staff in the bar and kitchen

we then had to bring this up for then heaters to turn up in the room to warm the room up for the kids as well as ourselves

they kindly helped me with early checked in and late check out

easy access - arrived late, but was able to self check in and self check out

had everything we needed. nice early check in.
