staff were super helpful and room was clean, well equipped with mini kitchen and a very comfy bed

kitchen area well equipped, great location for the centre of town and situated in a nice leafy part

the kitchen was really well set up and i appreciate the fresh milk in the fridge and basket of snacks

large apartment overlooking the gardens good quality bedding and towels kitchen area and crockery

hand soap in bathroom and kitchen sponge was old and dirty

spacious and clean. loved having a kitchenette and sofa.

the bed huge and we even had a separate kitchen which was immaculate

everything! especially the breakfast and small kitchen facilities.

cozy bar downstairs, period furnished room with superb power shower in the modern ensuite, very quiet

nice cosy room looked like it could be a cosy drinking pub (sadly bar was not

comfortable bed, clean room, plush furniture in the bar and the best scrambled eggs i've had in ages

so had to keep walking back to reception with my kids which wasnt great

full and kids also which isn t what you want in a spa

later, we spent time in the spa facilities steam room, sauna, and swimming pool all of which were excellent

couldn't get the ev charger to work

was fine - the food, the parking, the staff

accommodation was extremely clean, with an excellent walk in shower and good kitchen utensils

the kitchen is fully equipped with all good quality utensils and with a dishwasher

but were given a spacious apartment with a large lounge, bedroom and bathroom and a decent size kitchen

the kitchen was great so we could save money and cook both nights

we stayed in a studio apartment that was much bigger than expected, full kitchen aswell

enjoyed the swimming pool, water was on the warm side

room service food order was forgotten waited one hour 15 mins in total

pool, gym and food offered for breakfast were excellent standard

recommend deals that include the breakfast

convenient location with plenty of parking. decent sized room with wifi.
