room was exactly the same as the photos, self contained room with kitchen area, car park outside front door

as slightly damp and couldnt find the kitchen light switch

also had a small kitchen, table and chairs and a desk

prepared and with plenty of choice of cereals and fresh fruit to accompany the offering from the kitchen

the kitchen closed before we had finished our main course, so we were unable to have dessert

far too often the staff delivered a dish to a guest but returned empty handed to the kitchen despite cluttered, empty tables

dined two nights in the haycock kitchen restaurant, i had two superb dishes, barnsley chop and stuffed chicken leg both, with their

to park on street if have a single room, as the on street parking is not outside the hotel (dbl yellows) but at least a 5 min walk away (+)those with a car, there is off-street parking although a little 'squashy' (+)- very comfy room - & also lovely shared kitchen was really handy too - my room came with marked parking bay which was great to get included parking & know i always had a space - easy walk into (+) parking available (-)parking a little tight (+)my room was spacious, very clean and came with a parking space. (-)thought there was parking, but there are only a few spaces and none are allocated to the single room i was in (-) i was already on the phone to the contact for tennyson house to say there was no parking, but of course the contact did not realise we had been sent to the wrong address (+)clean comfortable and easy walking distance into town and free parking (*) excellent value for money and parking

self contained apartment great decor full kitchen was the sort of place you want to live

it showed that kitchen and service staff take pride in what they do which i really appreciate

in at the bar was a bit odd; a dedicated place for hotel guests to check in would be better

very quirky place, right up my street! beautiful rooms and a fab breakfast!

and wait as she had other people's drinks to serve, not an issue but left us standing at the bar for over 15 minutes, casually made drinks and just blanked us

the parking is really useful because it is a very busy
