like everything but would like the same cooking pans in all the rooms with a kitchen as some have more than others

however i had a studio and the kitchenette was lacking basics, like a saucepan

the hotel was first class very clean and brilliant having your own kitchen

sparse but just about adequate kitchen equipment

the kitchen bin under the sink hadn t been emptied and was overflowing

noise of doors constantly banging from 6am presume from kitchen area

the bell for someone to get cutlery etc and were ignored, 4th person actually went down to the kitchen

seperate, toilet under eaves and hitting your head on tv as you come out of toilet, tiny bed, kitchen units within room and sink with no

kitchen was shut at 9.18pm when i arrived.

parking is a little tight, wifi could be better

wet clean and fully loaded to fend for yourself. wifi is very good. rooms are nipping clean.

there are four different wifi addresses with two different passwords

to park on street if have a single room, as the on street parking is not outside the hotel (dbl yellows) but at least a 5 min walk away (+)those with a car, there is off-street parking although a little 'squashy' (+)- very comfy room - & also lovely shared kitchen was really handy too - my room came with marked parking bay which was great to get included parking & know i always had a space - easy walk into (+) parking available (-)parking a little tight (+)my room was spacious, very clean and came with a parking space. (-)thought there was parking, but there are only a few spaces and none are allocated to the single room i was in (-) i was already on the phone to the contact for tennyson house to say there was no parking, but of course the contact did not realise we had been sent to the wrong address (+)clean comfortable and easy walking distance into town and free parking (*) excellent value for money and parking

as other reviewers have mentioned, the kitchenette makes it feel like a rather nice room rental more than a hotel
