wifi was not working properly

to park on street if have a single room, as the on street parking is not outside the hotel (dbl yellows) but at least a 5 min walk away (+)those with a car, there is off-street parking although a little 'squashy' (+)- very comfy room - & also lovely shared kitchen was really handy too - my room came with marked parking bay which was great to get included parking & know i always had a space - easy walk into (+) parking available (-)parking a little tight (+)my room was spacious, very clean and came with a parking space. (-)thought there was parking, but there are only a few spaces and none are allocated to the single room i was in (-) i was already on the phone to the contact for tennyson house to say there was no parking, but of course the contact did not realise we had been sent to the wrong address (+)clean comfortable and easy walking distance into town and free parking (*) excellent value for money and parking

can't get wifi to connect

the kitchen wasn t open for breakfast and our room was on the cool side on our arrival

as other reviewers have mentioned, the kitchenette makes it feel like a rather nice room rental more than a hotel

it was amazing. excellent value for money. big room super little kitchen lovely bathroom

clean and well equipped - including a little kitchen with a hob and microwave

the only downside of this brilliant hotel was that no bar was available after 8.00pm.

breakfast service was still tense and unrelaxed . kitchen fine

our stay at the white hart, unfortunately the morning of breakfast there was a gas issue in the kitchen which meant they could not offer a cooked breakfast

had booked a small double room which was totally adequate apart from the windows overlooked the kitchen refrigerators which droned on and off all during the night so much so my husband went down

also all the kitchen extractor fans and associated noise and smells

a room which had cathedral view but was above kitchen generators

it showed that kitchen and service staff take pride in what they do which i really appreciate

someone else snoring, plates bashing about i think we were next to the washing up part of the kitchen, and lots of goings on outside drunk people

we were seated at a table situated between the kitchen door and waiting staff's serving station, this was in spite of there only being three

the kitchen was clean and had all the essentials

location of the hotel is super as it is a short walk to the cathedral and shops and there is parking at the back of the hotel

parking is an added bonus

the bar and restaurant is cosy and there is always a good atmosphere

right in the centre of lincoln, with free parking

this having the bar and restaurant on the ground floor, my room was on the 1st floor, so people with mobility

& tidy, nice comfort down stairs in the bar area, bed was very comfortable with a great shower

but absolutely loved our stay room was very spacious and comfy with everything available room service and food fantastic i told the lady that the pictures on the website didn t do

in the bar itself, there are shelves full of books and i was able to get stuck into a good read as i was

friendly hotel situated near nice restaurants n pubs staff friendly lovely menu and bar great breakfast menu rooms spacious very clean and all facilities u need very

sheets and bathroom were clean, got an upgrade to a bigger room with a kitchen, couch and table.
