only downsides: breakfast not available till 8

the breakfast was very good and generally food and drink very reasonably

comfortable bed and good breakfast. poor for parking car

family are always friendly and helpful, we have stayed a number of times and breakfast is lovely

only negative i would say is breakfast, minimal and limited variety, however for the incredibly good value you can’t really

staff was friendly and welcoming, recommending a restaurant in town when their kitchen had closed already

complained every day about the sounds of possibly the extractor fan from the kitchens below running all day and night

the serving and kitchen staff did a very good job by extemporising, but only one of us could have their choice from

we were told that due to covid we would have to have a continental breakfast due to the kitchen needing to be closed

booked breakfast included, they still provided milk, tea and coffee, and a loaf of bread in the kitchen area

ample parking and fabulously well kept and stocked gardens adjacent to the b&b

there is adequate parking, a beautiful garden and rural views

the hosts, room, bathroom, bed, breakfast, garden, parking were all excellent.

the parking was convenient and available at no extra charge so our visit began with unloading the car

we enjoyed having the kitchen facility in our room, close to the station and friendly staff.

tea, coffee, milk tubs, sugar/sweeteners, desk/chair, a fridge and a tv and some even a small kitchenette with a microwave/oven hob

there is also a kitchen which you could use, and i understand you can have clothing washed and dried for a

wifi didn t work

wifi was a bit hit & miss and due to the location and the building the 4g network reception was not

excellent facilities, great staff (angelina was incredible) great food and bar vibe (+)charming looking place, there s a very modern part of the bar, insta wall & all that, then a cosier more traditional bar room, through which we went and (+)beautiful room and so clean and comfortable, food in the bar was stunning (+) fab bar and quality breakfast (+) would love to stay here again and enjoy the cosy bar and the outside area was really smart too (-)aspect was that there was only one other couple staying that night so the dining room and bar lacked atmosphere
