the serving and kitchen staff did a very good job by extemporising, but only one of us could have their choice from

staff was friendly and welcoming, recommending a restaurant in town when their kitchen had closed already

complained every day about the sounds of possibly the extractor fan from the kitchens below running all day and night

booked breakfast included, they still provided milk, tea and coffee, and a loaf of bread in the kitchen area

which was perfect for our stay, 2 bedrooms and kitchen with a stocked fridge

location very good for other local pubs and restaurants and golf courses nearby

we had such a fun time the night before with the gang in the pub we slept late for our breakfast

location, found finding the hotel really easy and plenty of parking spaces

excellent facilities, great staff (angelina was incredible) great food and bar vibe (+)charming looking place, there s a very modern part of the bar, insta wall & all that, then a cosier more traditional bar room, through which we went and (+)beautiful room and so clean and comfortable, food in the bar was stunning (+) fab bar and quality breakfast (+) would love to stay here again and enjoy the cosy bar and the outside area was really smart too (-)aspect was that there was only one other couple staying that night so the dining room and bar lacked atmosphere

we were in town for the golf and it was perfect location for that

i got the sense that the hotel is family run, and some of the kids help serve breakfast which i thought was very sweet

stairs a struggle if infirm .. lift was a tad slow wine in bar was beyond disgusting ...

we liked everything about this hotel , staff, room , bar all was top rate .

the bar / restaurant on the ground floor is very striking, attractive and welcoming and the staff

breakfast was excellent with great choices, good bar area and superbly decorated throughout, next time we’re in ponty this is where we’ll stay
