booked a rate some time ago invl including breakfast but on arrival was told the kitchen would be out of action for the 3 nights of my stay but i d get a refund through booking

bedroom was in the lounge/kitchen so it should not be called a 3 bedroom apartment

owner is a real friendly guy and even told me where to get good food from as his kitchen wasn't working the week i

my room was either above the kitchen or something was smelling in the drains, it smelt of spunk

nice rooms , clean , comfortable and friendly staff. ample parking also

clean room. en suite, telly and wifi. good welcome. value for money.

the staff went above and beyond during our stay even preparing us a takeaway breakfast before we left for silverstone

the bedroom and lounge were large, and the kitchen a separate room

space, full kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful large soaker bathtubs

the issue was restaurant understaffed especially in the kitchen

let us use the kitchen fridge freezer to keep our trout that we caught on rutland water

the breakfast was excellent and with the self service counter having direct access from the kitchen, the hot food could be topped up as required
