kitchen wasn’t the cleanest in the studio room we stayed in and a couple of hairs in bathroom

broseley itself had some character, with the fantantic bk butchers kitchen to dine

newly refurbished room (suite - with kitchen) was great - much better than shown on the website (which needs updating)

stayed in the suite which was lovely and spacious with a little kitchen, sitting area and a bedroom with double bed

the kitchen facilities were a boon and also unexpected

here- bar food menu perhaps a little limited but i had eaten earlier so did not try it and my stay was

everyone helps as much as possible, locals use the bar lovely atmosphere

bedrooms all en suite stayed at the lodge (3 bedroom private villa) lovely kitchen the living room was bit small but cozy hot tub breakfast basket in the room is an excellent (-) at 9:40am my partner went to near the kitchen and talked to one of the waitresses reminding her that we had asked for some white toast (-)slightly disappointing as my omelette was not cooked as i like it and there was a delay in the kitchen due to the number guests arriving to be fed at the same time (-)day, missing lunch, feeling quite exhausted) was told we can only serve you 8pm onwards as the kitchen is busy and we don't have space in the restaurant for you to eat there either (-) the chef nor the kitchen opens until 8am meaning we had a stressful breakfast

spacious room, great breakfast, ample parking very good value for money

to eat in the restaurant which is more for fine dining as was fully booked but were offered the bar menu which was perfect for us and food really good quality and quantity, certainly visit again

no safety mechanism so ended up getting burnt light fittings were dusty room windows not clean wifi was poor all these points were raised at checkout and was told they would be followed up,

we had room service which arrived reasonably promptly and i have to say the burger was one of the best

door lock needs attention no plug in kitchen or 1st floor basin washing up bowl needed lack of toilet roll holders lack of towel rails

limited kitchen equipment eg microwavable dish

nice view over the river, the balconies from the kitchen/ living room/ main bedroom would be lovely in the summer but didn't get the benefit so much

soon gets a bit annoying if you forget something from the 2nd floor bedroom to bring down to the kitchen on the ground floor

we had room 1 which has the kitchen extractor outside which meant there was some noise & smell of food with the windows open

room was very quiet, we were above the kitchen and there were a few doors banging but it didn t

drinks overpriced, and room was above the kitchen door and heard constant banging.

we had apartment - the stables which was huge and immaculately clean with great kitchen , dining and seating area which was nice to relax in after day sightseeing

was good but due to a problem in the kitchen the wait was impossible on the first mornings

early check in with a morning call to confirm that we were still going that day
