it was brilliant to have a fridge and kitchen area, dining table and sofa, what more could you need for a very comfortable stay

hosts, excellent breakfast really enjoyed our brief stay

we stayed in room 4 witch had access to the kitchen ,dinning room, living room and reading gallery

also had to go to the kitchen to request butter and salt on the table

the apartment had a very nice and spacious lounge and well appointed kitchen.

failed to come on in the morning, and you could see the condensation in your breath in the kitchen and double bedroom in the morning-it was that cold, and as a result it also felt damp

bedrooms all en suite stayed at the lodge (3 bedroom private villa) lovely kitchen the living room was bit small but cozy hot tub breakfast basket in the room is an excellent (-) at 9:40am my partner went to near the kitchen and talked to one of the waitresses reminding her that we had asked for some white toast (-)slightly disappointing as my omelette was not cooked as i like it and there was a delay in the kitchen due to the number guests arriving to be fed at the same time (-)day, missing lunch, feeling quite exhausted) was told we can only serve you 8pm onwards as the kitchen is busy and we don't have space in the restaurant for you to eat there either (-) the chef nor the kitchen opens until 8am meaning we had a stressful breakfast

have really gotten the plumbing and the wifi right in this property - both of which can be difficult to achieve in an old building

little villa building with very clean well equipped rooms, communal kitchen was great and the grounds are beautiful

great staff with a quick check in kitchen is a geat bonus i booked a twin by mistake and they moved me to a double

place beds were very comfy little added touches like an iron and ironing board and the use of kitchen also had some board

and keep fit fanatics walking straight in to the bar (jacksons) swimming in sweat,stinking of body odour, sitting down where people eat food

allowed us an early check in to change for a wedding and lovely location for a walk into town in the morning

by the avon and town centre, lovely courtyard and tea room, big car park and easily available ev chargers, good welcome at reception

good price and the very helpful staff in the hotel and the bar :)

they are refurbishing some areas and the bar and eating place for evenings was unavailable during our stay which was inconvenient

food arrived promptly (room service) (+) room service was very fast and the food was amazing (-)can be quite nosey, and when i went to check out and pay my room service bill (+) we ordered room service and our food arrived within 25 minutes and piping hot (-)rooms generally overheated. no room service or food service after 9pm. (+)liked that they had a vegan menu for dinner, that you could order room service and dairy free milk at breakfast

due to jetlag, we got there a few minutes after 10 and the kitchen was closed

apparently the kitchen closed 10 minutes after my booking, so if i wanted to have extra i had 10 minutes to order

thrice cooked chips served raw, returned to the kitchen, ostensibly recooked but just as bad
