generous sized rooms with kitchenette, free laundry service and an expansive lounge area with 24hr access to the coffee machine was the icing

gym is a bit small and needs some more equipment but it was there at least

the sofa bed was really uncomfortable, we ended up with both kids in bed with us due to not being able to sleep

staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, particularly the bar staff, nothing was too much trouble
