was a slight smell of the kitchen coming through our vent in the ceiling in the bathroom and it would have been nice if there

room was above the kitchen and smelled of cooking all night

the highlight was the food as they clearly have a good kitchen and have invested in decor

i arrived short of closure of kitchen, no flexibility

we got there after the kitchen had closed but they provided us with soup and

ample parking

the restaurant and bar next door

hotel was under construction work and no kitchen was available for meal including breakfast

we had an apartment booked with our own kitchen and self-catering, so i can’t comment on the restaurant food

and tiles in bathrooms and kitchen need replacing and cleaning

,accommodation was tidy and comfortable with all the necessities including kitchen utensils and appliances

regarding the lodge, perhaps leaving some basics like a bit of oil and salt in the kitchen would be helpful

need a up grade on decoration and kitchen utilize

called and emailed over a week in advance to find out if early check in was possible, no reply

lots of kids necessities to take upstairs/downstairs on number trips: lack of space in a “family” room

family room was great, it had a separate room with bunk beds for kids and as we had a teenage son, we all appreciated the privacy

breakfast was superb and room very clean and tidy

we got a free upgrade to “the lodge” room, which had a kitchen, living room and private terrace

kitchen had all amenities you would expect

however, the kitchen is short staffed which means longer waits

took a abnormally long time to come out of the kitchen

meal was gourmet quality, staff were very kind as the 2 cooks in kitchen came out to carry our heavy luggage upstairs, parking was around back and it was easy to

apartment clean and well equipped, two bedrooms and living room/kitchen area

of all staff members from reception to dining and bar could not have been better

was great, only think that could have been better is getting salt & pepper with room service breakfast, everything was

good breakfast with ample parking

accommodation, location, staff and food all amazing. added bonus spa facilities on site

self laundry only had two washers and one very small dryer stayed up most of the night trying

kitchen and large cooker were great for us as we cooked a lot, but the kitchen windows didn t

kitchen was very clean, there was a lot of dust on most other surfaces

we had plenty of room and really appreciated the self-sufficiency that the kitchen provided
