the resort is beautiful, the location is fantastic and we really loved the kayaks, beach, pools, hot tubs, kids club, rooms, balcony with hammock, restaurants and the great services of the

if you wanted to eat lunch order room service the middle of the day and wait an hour or go to the pool and order food

to make appointment for dinner in almost all the restaurants , no bathroom or shower around the pool area

outside pool area is very nice and well maintained

breakfast doesn’t start until 7 am (so you’re likely to miss it if you have a tour) and lunch

the water park was fun with my family and we also really enjoyed the basketball court

the kitty olympics at the water park where my daughters favorite thing along with the incredible nighttime shows

water park is mainly for kids - we didn't realize it based on pictures, the basket was fun for

but the food was not even halfway good in the buffet or snack bar

the kitchen was great to make breakfast in the mornings, it could use a few more utensils but we made

also, not all rooms have kitchenettes or shared kitchen facilities except for a nice cold fridge

the furniture is beautiful and unique, but the kitchen was poorly equipped with old pots

smells and i was expected kitchen, but only 2 rooms have it

the kitchen facilities were terrible

staff, excellent affordable breakfast, clean pool, clean linens, i do a badass bed bugs sweep and it was good

in the kitchen there are no facilities just 2 plates and 2 cups

it is an apart hotel, we missed many things from the kitchenette

they have great yoga classes and other fitness opportunities on the deck by the sea

the bar was amazing and it was a two minute walk to the beaches

i loved the daily schedule of fitness classes and spanish lessons

lovely swimming pool with lots of shade so perfect for the kids in the afternoons

the spa special was incredible, 100 minutes for massage body scrub and facial

we had an old pot and burnt pan in our room with no kitchen utensils but they do have plenty of flatware and cups/coffee

no dish soap or dish cloths in the kitchen

would be better if there are some basic kitchen amenities in the room such as coffee makers , fridges, microwave

after you walk out your room corridor there is a weird area with old ripped out kitchen cooking areas don’t know how else to describe it which now just leaves holes in the work

tiny plunge pool on the roof was serene & relaxing place to enjoy after a long beach day

breakfast wasn't good

very clean, pretty comfortable, decorated well with all of the elements in the room including breakfast and it was very delicious, we had hot cakes exquisite and next time scrambled eggs with

the rooftop pool was such a hit with my younger son

really appreciated the free breakfast at ruben's, a great place we visited many times during our stay

starting to show a little age, bar could be open longer. they should clear the sargassum.

reception ever and they lost my laundry suddenly(saying it was not there ):what is in it for the client(nothing) and they talked

also, it would be nice to have a laundry room where you can do your own wash

swimming pool was awesome, great for kids too

you have on each floor co working spaces and the kitchen is really cute

only the kitchen is a bit small and the stoves were too big for guests to cook

there's also a kitchen and shared area on the ground floor

i've noticed when you have a bar on site, the people go a bit wild in the kitchens after hours

well stocked & clean kitchen and numerous public & more private lounge areas

the pool is beautiful and refreshing, surrounded by hammocks and shaded by magnificent trees that make

woman who made breakfast was very nice and the food was delicious

no sun by pool. but was not really an issue. go to the beach for sun and fun.
