as we were above the kitchen there was a smell of food in the

with ensuite, a living area with double sofa bed and single chair bed, table and chairs, full kitchen and a separate toilet room

room was small and a bit noisy as we must have been above the kitchen area

not happy with our original room , room was lovely but was above the kitchen and there was an awful droning noise from the the extractor fans (

also we arrived at 1pm and didnt realise we couldnt use the facilties so we went into the bar to pass time but all the tables were reserved ,so we ended up going to otley while 3 pm to pass

very comfy room in woodland lodge with everything we needed, good pool, hot tub, sauna and good bar food

friendly. very clean. food excellent. used the pool and spa which was good

was booked in for an evening meal but i wasn't too well so my partner ordered room service

a fully functional kitchen, we could make our own tea/coffee, or do our laundry etc

the whole design was amazing, the kitchen is so nice very very very clean!

loved taking baths in the jacuzzi and cooking in the kitchen

i didn’t like that they had a kitchen and said they did not have microwave to heat my food

also as i was leaving through the restaurant,i walked by the kitchen door which was open to see the manager(a blonde lady), shouting at the waitresses for slow (-)room 105, the window faced the extractors from the kitchens (+)furnished apartment; excellent accommodation with super comfy beds & bedding, a great little kitchen and lovely lounge (-) fortunately the staff were very accommodating with putting my chilled stuff in the kitchen (-)shortly after my husbands however it appeared that only one breakfast had been put through to the kitchen (-) kitchen closed early on a bank holiday sunday (-)the service at breakfast was very poor and our order was lost n the kitchen & we waited for a very long time and had to speak to staff, this was not something we would (+)lovely hotel spoilt by sleepless night due to noise outside, think from kitchen fan. (-)room 105 - it is adjacent to the kitchen extractor fan and the whole room hums while the fan is on (until the kitchen shuts at

we had some great cocktails , that were suggested by the bar manager, having asked us what sort of things we like

thing only - the wifi was a bit of pain to get on

our stay there were some issues that meant we couldn t order room service when we returned to the hotel late from being out

the breakfast was nicely served direct from the kitchen

called us en route to ask if we wanted to preorder dinner as the kitchen would have been closed upon arrival

also empty plates were left on occupied tables while staff returned to kitchen empty handed

apartment did not have a kitchen/fridge which we expected

could do with teatowels/oven glove too in the kitchen and maybe instructions for cookers as we weren't too sure how to use them so just had to

fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need

the room was clean, comfortable and peaceful with breakfast prepared at the main house and brought over to us from a menu we could pick what we
