room 123 is very small and the window opens directly on to the roof of the kitchen an kitchen ventilation system is right up against the window so we couldn't have the window

kitchenette needed maintenance - heavy board not fitted properly so fell off when opening the

window of the cosy double has the kitchen extractor fan right outside

no air-con and above the kitchens, so noisy & smelly

breakfast was disappointing this stay but believe there were issues in the kitchen.

pillows lumpy terrible smell from kitchen expel-airs into room had to keep closed windows and door

staff were extremely helpful we arrived late and the kitchen was closed but they offered us sandwiches and puddings, made fresh

kitchen had closed at 8pm but they went out of their way to provide a meal for us even after the

arrived late and even though the kitchen had closed they were more than willing to make me a sandwich

were very accommodating with our booking, making sure our room was ready for us to have a very early check in at 10

also as i was leaving through the restaurant,i walked by the kitchen door which was open to see the manager(a blonde lady), shouting at the waitresses for slow (-)room 105, the window faced the extractors from the kitchens (+)furnished apartment; excellent accommodation with super comfy beds & bedding, a great little kitchen and lovely lounge (-) fortunately the staff were very accommodating with putting my chilled stuff in the kitchen (-)shortly after my husbands however it appeared that only one breakfast had been put through to the kitchen (-) kitchen closed early on a bank holiday sunday (-)the service at breakfast was very poor and our order was lost n the kitchen & we waited for a very long time and had to speak to staff, this was not something we would (+)lovely hotel spoilt by sleepless night due to noise outside, think from kitchen fan. (-)room 105 - it is adjacent to the kitchen extractor fan and the whole room hums while the fan is on (until the kitchen shuts at

wifi was a bit naff but i didn't need it so it was no problem at all

drinks in hotel bar were expensive

breakfast was very nice and room service was good

good atmosphere in the bar ad excellent food room v clean and

rooms are better than the photos house keeping and bar staff were brilliant couldn’t do enough for

it was a beautiful day and the pub was extremely busy with one staff member on at the bar who was very proactive and worked tirelessly to get the customers served promptly, she was

juice or water, no sign of croissants and waitress only appeared spasmodically, had to knock on kitchen door for another cup of coffee

location, early check in , friendly staff nice stopping in a place with character
