little bar, room was decent enough just very squeaky floors and bed, and noise of kids outside wasn’t the best but if you make the most of the bar you don’t really care

sure if it was the room we were in as i think we were next to the kitchen - at night there seemed to be some sort of generator noise - it was a low level noise -

in a 2 bed suite with a kitchen and living area

negative is the tv channels were a little dated and poor wifi connection but not really a necessity for me

wifi signal was poor, which is surprising in a hotel of this quality and definitely needs upgrading

setting just outside durham, plenty of parking available and well kept grounds

not relaxing as kids swimming lessons taking place

size of rooms was good an it had a kitchen

also right next to a restaurant and there's a shop opposite a starbucks not far kitchen was very well maintained

also i'm not sure what the green light is in the kitchen wether it's for fire safety or not but it was really bright all night and couldn't get it

was a green light that was in the kitchen area no good for sleeping it needs shielding, hot water tap kept running cold, room was

really excellent full english breakfast got the day off to a flying start good quality ingredients and plenty of it

at the inn, the hot tub was amazing, also nice touch with the complimentary stocked mini bar and welcoming treat board on arrival, we have booked up again to visit shortly 5* from

location excellent and ample car parking space.

property was just what we needed. a night off from the kids and some peace and quiet.

was lovely, room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious

also, the bedroom is over the hotel kitchen and at 6

renovations taking place. no kitchen services available but when completed will be lovely

the kitchen/ breakfast area didn’t know we had booked breakfast so had all been packed away

no food, no kitchen on that night but italian restaurant next door was good

grounds were absolutely stunning, the restaurant and bar was perfect and so was the lovely

equipment provision in kitchen could be better

the fish but i overheard one of the waitresses mention that there was some sort of crisis in the kitchen and they were all trying so hard to keep all of their customers happy that i kept quiet

place is let down by the kitchen which does not cater for vegans and a very hard and uncomfortable

shower door didn't shut resulting in us having to mop up water, sink in kitchen dripping all night, disturbed sleep

room was directly above the kitchen air con units which started at 6 am in the morning and was extremely loud as well as being

room was next to the 7 exhaust fans above the kitchen so very noisy

we were also situated above the places kitchen and at 6

room,could hear extractor fan from main kitchen ,poor location of kettle and fridge in wardrobe ,possible

staff went out of their way to make us dinner although we arrived just before the kitchen was about to close

bar was a lovely area decorated nicely with great choice of beersthefood was excellent

for room service were very limited which was an inconvenience as i had to stay alone with our dog as he

brilliant staff both on reception and in the bar :)

as a lone female i often have room service however in the gibside i choose to eat in the bar because of the comfortable

room service no extra charge

the kitchen area was very clean and had tea and coffee facilities, cereal, fruit and milk

superbly stocked kitchen

were in room number 8 and found the kitchen a very good idea and very close you are able to have as much or little as you want without

rather noisy and drunk guests were singing and shouting in the kitchen at midnight on the first night

is the morning had more choices than i thought and it was a welcome sight from what came from the kitchen

fully equipped kitchen, huge comfy bed, washing machine and drying rack with portable heaters, plenty of room to

messed up in the kitchen with our food order

one room is a bedroom, adjoining a shower room, a space with washing machine and then a kitchen/living room where the sofa bed was set up

it is spacious with a full equipped kitchen facility so we did not use the breakfast service on offer at the hotel across the road

for ev owners, the ev charge point is not operational
