friendly welcome, spotlessly clean bedroom, bathroom and kitchen

the kitchen area was very clean and had tea and coffee facilities, cereal, fruit and milk

superbly stocked kitchen

refreshments, snacks, breakfast in shared kitchen

it was great having the kitchen

at 9 pm the kitchen did close so at 9.20 pm after checking in no possible dining

in my room, i could smell cooking from the kitchen extractors

our room was above kitchen, so couldn’t keep window open for smells!

if you were there in a couple it would be a great base as it also comes with a reasonably sized kitchenette

service staff (one only front of house & multi-tasking with check in / check out, one in kitchen)

the kitchen/ breakfast area didn’t know we had booked breakfast so had all been packed away

also, the bedroom is over the hotel kitchen and at 6

poor kitchen staff rushed off there feet.

renovations taking place. no kitchen services available but when completed will be lovely

no food, no kitchen on that night but italian restaurant next door was good

had to go to the bar to ask for toilet paper which was not provided in the room

i ate in the bar this time and had the burger, which was excellent

a great pub atmosphere lovely locals would stay again little lad behind the bar was a very

food was delicious and bar had a great vibe

3 of us, had some 14 families members join us for last minute food and drinks, bar staff were brilliant

hot tub lacked power on bubble /jets. more glasses and cups needed for kitchen.

only issue was hot tub seemed to lack power. could have done with few extra kitchen untensils.

they allowed us to cook breakfast in their kitchen even though they do not do breakfast

inconvenience that we couldn’t find a bin in the kitchen but did find a bin liner to use

bigger bin in the kitchen area but that’s only being really really really really picky

in a 2 bed suite with a kitchen and living area

sure if it was the room we were in as i think we were next to the kitchen - at night there seemed to be some sort of generator noise - it was a low level noise -

even the kitchen is simple one, we can still fix dinner ourselves

option of paying extra for breakfast but we took our own as the room was kitted out with a kitchen, including table and chairs

and warm room, comfy beds, friendly staff, accepted early check in request

location , excellent service , breakfast

staff, great value for money, close walk to city centre, ample car parking, room was luxurious

were unable to book breakfast in the restaurant but were offered the chance to have room service

breakfast was great, including homemade marmalade and perfectly poached eggs

an early check in which was super helpful

lovely bar downstairs with great cocktails, and the manager is a lovely chap

fridays is a early delivery date for the bar below so we were woken up earlier than planned.

the staff couldn’t do enough when we arrived, had a drink in the bar and had a great breakfast

hotel, room was lovely and big, bed was very comfortable, loads of parking, plenty of places to eat and drink and we used the pool and spa everything was great will

setting just outside durham, plenty of parking available and well kept grounds

we had the most amazing time using the facilities; the gym has high end equipment and the breakfast was outstanding with lots of options and healthy

gym and spa made the experience even better

i enjoyed the spa with my friend and later went for an evening meal at the onsite steakhouse which was cooked
