is really welcoming, the room is cozy and the kitchen is a must, so we can cook our meals

clean, price, comfortable, easy access to kitchen, homy feel, close to sutton & not complicated, room was ready and easy to get in

they have a new kitchen which i did not use but it looks very functional

the room was very nicely decorated and had a comfy bed, private bathroom and a shared kitchen (well equipped) we used for breakfast and dinner preparation

love the quiet environment which also enables you use of the common kitchen/playroom

i also liked the large shared kitchen, it was great for preparing a picnic lunch

breakfast had plenty of options with slight variations every day

were small for the bathroom, 1ply toilet paper, did not have dishware/utensils for 4 people in kitchenette

kitchenette place settings and utensils were very limited for a family of 4

kitchenette in room was not well stocked and old. needs a refresh.

but ended up with the standard room which had an old carpet, rusty fridge and stove in little kitchenette

the nice kebecers receptionnist! patio and kitchen.

nice having access to a fully equipped kitchen and eggs available for purchase the next morning from the property chickens

gorgeous location, facility & pool! nice bed too!

the hotel was very clean and the outdoor pool well maintained

hubby used the spa and exercise room

swimming pool is seasonal so not open but it would be very nice in the summer

the gym wasn't really a gym just 3 items in a room, treadmill bike and one other thing

the pool was quiet and lovely

unfortunately the bar and steak house were closed when we were there

the porch is lovely and the handsome comfortable bar on the first floor serves drinks and provides a cheerful space

restaurant, they nicely apologized after 45 minutes that they forgot to send our order in the kitchen and didn’t charge for the entree

minor detail: it would be a plus to have towels for the kitchen in the larger suite

lastly the kitchen chef comes out and asks how are things

she event went to get a nice man from the kitchen to serve

being there was so fine that you kind of forget the little things like the faucet in the kitchen could use a little makeover and the bathtub maybe just needed a rust remover little c l r

tv, wifi, fridge and microwave all worked well

the pool and children s play area were not really usable.

and 2 friendly little dogs met me out in the parking lot

the outdoor pool was great!

there was an outdoor pool i didn't have time to use but it's nice that it was available

was expecting room service, like someone to make the bed and fix the room, but i did not have that

wanted to order room service from our room and both hotel restaurants said they had no more room for clients or any

close to the zoo, nice outdoor space and nice to have a balcony after kids went to bed.

they even have a game room for kids our toddler loved it
