kitchenette lacked spoons, bowls, large glasses, cutting board, counter space and a microwave

were small for the bathroom, 1ply toilet paper, did not have dishware/utensils for 4 people in kitchenette

paid extra to upgrade to a kitchenette only to find out the stove didn't work

kitchenette place settings and utensils were very limited for a family of 4

a kitchenette room as we brought food and there is no microwaves, except in kitchen and lobby

rooms were well laid out and kitchen had the ability to prepare lots of food choices if that was what you desired

manager everything is new and clean exceptional location nice amenities, play room, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, etc comfortable rooms

breakfast had plenty of options with slight variations every day

we wished there was an indoor pool.

to breakfast each morning staff were pleasant and helpful room was super as was the out door pool

terrible gym mediocre breakfast no restaurant on-site

fresh fruits as well and a mini bar in the lobby

the hotel was very clean and the outdoor pool well maintained

of lounging space, shared equipment available (full kitchen), cleanliness

i also liked the large shared kitchen, it was great for preparing a picnic lunch

we really enjoyed using the common areas and having the kitchen with tables.

really enjoyed the kitchen/living room addition in the room

it was very spread out with lots of random common areas and a communal kitchen; our checkin was lovely but we found ourselves discovering these spaces

nice having access to a fully equipped kitchen and eggs available for purchase the next morning from the property chickens

minor detail: it would be a plus to have towels for the kitchen in the larger suite

she event went to get a nice man from the kitchen to serve

lastly the kitchen chef comes out and asks how are things

being there was so fine that you kind of forget the little things like the faucet in the kitchen could use a little makeover and the bathtub maybe just needed a rust remover little c l r

classic suite was 2 stories, lots of space, 2 bathrooms and kitchenette no stove

the outdoor pool provided a refreshing escape, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming, making my experience

and bar were refurbished nicely

wanted to order room service from our room and both hotel restaurants said they had no more room for clients or any

arrangement - we had to choose between options which was confusing and unnecessary especially for kids

they even have a game room for kids our toddler loved it

unfortunately the bar and steak house were closed when we were there

my grandson did not use the pool because it did not look healthy

nice grounds with pool and terrace in the back

the pool area and the bar with a pool table are nice

the pool is great and we love lounging around the pool area

is really welcoming, the room is cozy and the kitchen is a must, so we can cook our meals

kitchen was very handy and well stocked

they have a new kitchen which i did not use but it looks very functional

kitchen is well-outfitted and makes it easy to eat in if you choose

i love being able to cool my own meals when i travel, the shared kitchen concept is perfect!

very unique concept - private spa and amazing food

one small thing to note is that the cold plunge (in the photos) was not in service and the pool and area around the pool is a bit older than shown in the photos

of interior design, lots of sunlight in the house facilities: hot steam room, sauna, swimming pool, yoga studio, professional equipped kitchen, instruments(piano, guitar)…

the spa was superb, the location marvellous and the hosts vinny and dominique made it feel like home
