wifi was poor

we stayed in had personality with a safari theme and bunk beds for the kids

plenty of parking and easy to get to, yet still secluded enough for a peaceful stay

plenty of free parking

breakfast was good, cereal, toast, full english

it is shared accomidation with common kitchen with untensils left in the sink for a wash

there were no forks in the kitchen!

clean and use of shared kitchen facilities

no microwave in kitchen

decent sixed rooms and beds, very clean bathrooms which was lovely to see and a kitchenet which was a nice size and centre of the house which was nice

the room was a decent size and clean, the staff very welcoming and attentive, the bar downstairs serves excellent ale and the gardens have a lovely view of the canal

the view from my room was lovely and it was very quiet away from the noise of the bar area

i am therfore turning this box into a positive until i have said enough to turn the bar gree

the bar was very nice and locals were friendly

room service food was awful, we did explain our dilemma and they very kindly took it all off the

pizza in the bar was awful!!!

secure and plentiful parking, excellent rooms with the most comfortable bed, super shower and good internet

the apartment provided two bedrooms, shower / bathroom, a downstairs toilet, lounge and a small kitchen all for a

working ceiling light in kitchen

pleased with everything just feel like the kitchen could be better equipped with things like sharp knives for

think it should be a lot more cleaner and have a washer machine in there and more cleaner in kitchen and more up to date

as it was an apartment with kitchen facilities it would have been useful to have a can opener in the drawer

kids loved the pool. ideal for night stop. rooms were good and away from the main hotel.

great leisure club facilities, extremely friendly staff, bar was lovely, stayed much longer than i expected to be staying the following day due to a change

the staff was really pleasant and helpful allowing us an early check in

breakfast was very good, thought i had booked l location near terminal two, had to get a taxi to

beds were so comfortable and a lovely breakfast before our flight

apartment, my kids love the outdoor swimming pool, quiet location and i have nothing to complaint about

late check out facilities and gluten free breakfast
