they would not accommodate me with leaving the laundry open for an extra hour the last night we were there and they only have 1 washer and 1 dryer

we reserved our room it was stated that we were getting 2 king beds with a kitchenette

in second floor units and give away reservations made a month in advance with notice and no kitchens

also room says fully equipped kitchen i did not get that in my room i mentioned it to the employee he said it wasn't for the room

manager upgraded my room to a suite with full kitchen and seperate living room than the

1st my reservation said fully equipped partial kitchen
