the pool is heated, so even on a chilly april night the kids could go swimming.

they were able to help us with the shuttle though we did a very last minute pre check in to the hotel

staff at reception was very nice, helped us figure out the room setup with kids, changed us to a better solution, no problem

gentleman working the front restaurant bar area was friendly by greeting us every time we walked by and had great customer service

the fact that room service needed to be booked was a slight inconvenience but not a deal breaker

a full on pool party, now if it was just the adults, it would’ve been a blast but we had the kids and the whole pool was 21+ fortunately they let us sneak in before the party kicked off and

drinks by the pool bar for sunset is gorgeous, and the drinks were reasonably priced
