from the manager who went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and also re-opened the kitchen to make me a

kitchen was good but only a handful of plates and other kitchenware

the flat was warm and it was great to have access to a kitchen

instead of usual tea/ coffee in room there was a fully stocked kitchen for use of guests

the only down side of our room was that we could hear the kitchen fans from early morning start up

of the room for a family of 5 - i didn't expect mum & dad to really get their own room with the kids in an adjoining room and a tv for each area

had a fantastic choice which catered perfectly for a family of 4 and breakfast delicious - the kids

staff seemed frightened of kids - they insisted that we sit furthest away from other people dining, though the place looked

room was perfect for my kids and i, and the situation by the cathedral is just lovely

the member of staff tried to be very helpful but the kitchen let her down
