room was perfect for my kids and i, and the situation by the cathedral is just lovely

staff seemed frightened of kids - they insisted that we sit furthest away from other people dining, though the place looked

of the room for a family of 5 - i didn't expect mum & dad to really get their own room with the kids in an adjoining room and a tv for each area

the food was delicious and pre-dinner cocktails in the bar or snooker room a must

is as it s a pricey stay, it be nice to have additional facilities such as a hot tub or spa for the ultimate relaxation experience

apartment clean and well equipped, two bedrooms and living room/kitchen area

took a abnormally long time to come out of the kitchen

kitchen of the apartment was poorly stocked with minimal crockery and cutlery

however, the kitchen is short staffed which means longer waits

extremely helpful and friendly and literally couldn t have done enough for us even keeping the kitchen open way past closing time as we arrived much later than expected - we can t thank you

every single one from the kitchen staff walking by to all the bar staff were so friendly and proactive in saying hello or

liked the annexe where i stayed with kitchen etc liked that there was a restaurant close by, and it was near shops

from the manager who went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and also re-opened the kitchen to make me a

to covid there was no bar or kitchen which meant we had to go out for food and when you've driven force hours you really don't

we were told to help ourselves to snacks in the kitchen which was lovely
