our room over looking kitchen but can't complain really as it was discounted

the biggest flaw in this hotel is the kitchen

1 although comfortable was above the kitchen with the constant noise of the extractor fan

more importantly we were not told upon arrival that the room was near the extractor fans used in kitchen

the member of staff tried to be very helpful but the kitchen let her down

outstanding hospitality scottish full breakfast

fantastic breakfast with a good menu choices , loved the french toast ,great staff very helpful

and early morning walk on a pretty stretch of coast, best start to the day after that gorgeous breakfast

bar left the background music on when they closed and as we were just above it we heard it all

nice bar and restaurant, with a separate, big bar for sports viewing or functions

i was expecting it to be brought freshly made from the kitchen

was brilliant was like a wee house 2 bed rooms nice kitchen garden area and living room was nice

the only down side of our room was that we could hear the kitchen fans from early morning start up

were in room 14 which unfortunately is over the kitchen fan or air conditioning unit, so a bit noisy really

it was amazing with a kitchen and two bedroom

facilities good, great kitchen for preparation of food

there were no staffed catering facilities, but a reasonably provisioned kitchen for guest use

access across open roof to kitchen area.

the shared kitchen is equipped with a toaster, air fryer, stove, ovens, kettle, fridge

really like the kitchen area

the room available for a family with 3 kids and the practicality of the kitchen

with shower were really stylish,under the room was great restaurant, perfect design and great kitchen and enourmous portions, the breakfast you can

in the restaurant which was excellent as our dog was very excited with the food coming out the kitchen, so this kept her amused allowing us to eat

unfortunately breakfast didn't happen as power failure in kitchen

we ate at the bar in the evening

range for breakfast but most of the cooked breakfast was cold, kitchen not doing a great job, food not being cooked quick enough to keep up with demand

bar and kitchen had very slow service

it was correct on the order something went wrong in the kitchen

the kitchen staffs were helpful especially when i needed to take my breakfast to the room, they

i asked staff i think they forgot to take my order bill to kitchen because once i asked i saw staff printed out my order and straight to the kitchen

the kitchen could be over run with tours / large bookings which meant a late evening meal or no evening

later kitchen opening hours fir room service.

the house at first as felt a bit isolated, room service wasn't available as short staffed in the kitchen and having arrived late i didn't want to go outside again to the main hotel to get food

far too many guests for the number of kitchen and waiting staff

staff,lovely kitchen, little bit noisy but we had a room next to the car park and delivery side

very neat, everything clean and pretty, perfect for lone travelers :) there's also a community kitchen for you to cook your meals, which is also very clean and tidy, with tea and coffee for you

it has a kitchen facilities, laundry facilities, ironing board, bar, many seating areas and close to the

proxe perfect location, lucas was especially friendly and helpful, good wi fi, nice kitchen and the

internet can be poor in the rooms but works fine on the bar / kitchen area.

i like the atmosphere, large kitchen, staff members are really friendly especially lucas

no breakfast, but since there’s a mini-kitchen in the room and the location is great, we weren’t bothered about it that much

well stocked little kitchen area too

loved the mini kitchen and it was digs by arrangement which was great

the rooms are spotless as is the whole hotel, with the added benefit of a mini kitchen you can save a little making your own drinks and snacks

brilliant kitchen area if you wanted to make a snack, have some food delivered etc
