clean bathroom gym good pool much better than most excellent mattress and linen staff could not have been nicer

was not crazy about the changing room in the pool area it was cold and it was nowhere to sit while you changed

no maid service couch had no back cushions only one working washing machine in laundry

maintenance did come and got the spa to turn on but when it did it got very foamy and a suffocating chemical

couch very uncomfortable, noisy kids above us

stay in the room with the spa bath and love it

the wifi was slow so we couldn't watch a movie on our computer.

staff did not turn on the outdoor fire pits with 15 minutes left of having the outdoor bar being open

the gym was so-so. the ayer/tea bar ran out of chamomile/caffeine free tea bags.

we have 4 kids, so the family room with three beds was perfect for our needs clean, comfortable, delicious

excellent breakfast staff was friendly, helpful and courteous

owners were very engaging and fun. breakfast was terrific.
