loved the pool & jacuzzi

room service was very good

the wifi was very slow.

parking on site and plenty of spaces

back exit door to parking lot didn t lock

the gym was good for our needs

the gym was so-so. the ayer/tea bar ran out of chamomile/caffeine free tea bags.

we loved our server, kalani. what a rad dude - he made our night out without kids even better!

staff did not turn on the outdoor fire pits with 15 minutes left of having the outdoor bar being open

location, staff, beds are comfortable, junioer, gym

swimming pool was rather small, and we did not use it at all

food in room service was not good

only the location, and the facilities which included pool and whirl pool but the ease of check in, and parking

very slow wifi. some of the furnishings were well past due for replacement/recovering.

loved everything, we had the king suite with jacuzzi tub and kitchen and it was beautiful

there was a laundry on the property which helped us a lot

wifi was terrible. treadmill wasn t working in their very modest fitness center.

spa tub, room was spacious and clean. good coffe. comfortable bed

breakfast not hot

it is a pet friendly hotel, if you do not like cats and dogs....

the pool don't work

the full kitchen, complimentary breakfast, and they gave fresh towels and cleaned up everyday

accommodate an early check in, they had to upgrade us to a two bedroom suite with fireplace

nice to offer a little more fresh vegetables or salad options, as well as gluten-free choices at breakfast
