wifi was a bit of an issue but not that bothered really - and a bigger menu choice would be great

location, lovely facilities, welcoming bar and restaurant and wonderful accommodating staff (who asked if we

we were very surprised to find the bar separate from the lounge and unmanned although a very obliging gentleman

the bathroom was immaculate with a spa bath and a push button controlled shower

in the evening (only the 6 course tasting menu was available) however we were unable to order room service snacks

house, the ambience, the garden, welcoming staff, car parking, meeting customer preferences

we didn't see any prices on bar drinks until we checked out

seemed to be an inexplicable lack of room service

but in spite of a staff member explaining how to do this, and my downloading the app, the wifi signal was not

the laundry was efficient but the hotel provided two different price lists without explanation

is arguably up there in our most favourite uk hotels - comfort, cleanliness, staff, food and gym and spa facilities

also wanting to book a family room for our 2 children who love swimming but were told kids can only swim 8am

toilets near the gym were disgusting and unusable

breakfast was great with lots of choices.

no hot tub in spa and use of the outdoor hydrotherapy pool is an extra cost of 25 per person.

spa had not yet been done so it was out dated and also was always kids in the pool when we wanted to go in and

the bar was lovely with a gorgeous outside area with sofas and a beautiful view

and, in the gym, there were not enough weights: 5kg, 6kg were missing

we were in a room above the fans from the kitchen it was a hot day and we wanted windows opened
